Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — especially during Goa’s peak season (October to March) and long weekends. Rooms fill up fast. Booking early also gives you a better shot at a 4th floor room with the river view balcony.

Check-in is from 1 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, reach out to the host in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

It depends on the package. Room Only allows free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. The Room With Free Cancellation and Breakfast packages allow cancellation with a 100% refund within the free window, and 50% refund in the partial period. The Super Package follows the same flexible policy.

Meals are included in the Room With Breakfast and Super Package options. For Room Only and Room With Free Cancellation, meals are available at extra charge. Outside food is allowed and food delivery is available at the property.

Let us know at the time of booking or contact the host directly. Prior reservation is required for all transfers. Super Package guests receive a 10% discount on two-way airport, railway, and local transfers.
