Yes — especially during Goa’s peak season from October to March, and around long weekends. Rooms fill up quickly. Booking early also gives you a better chance of securing a 4th floor room with the river view balcony.
Check-in is from 1 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, contact the host in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
It depends on the package. Room Only allows free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. The Room With Free Cancellation, Room With Breakfast, and Super Package all offer a 100% refund within the free cancellation window and a 50% refund during the partial period. All cancellations must be made before check-in time.
Yes. Pure vegetarian meals — North Indian and Local cuisine — are available at the property. Breakfast is served in your room between 8 AM and 10 AM. It is included in the Room With Breakfast and Super Package options, and available at extra charge for other packages.
The property serves pure vegetarian food only. The host can arrange packed meals from outside if needed. Outside food is also welcome, and food delivery is available at the property.
